Terms of Service

These terms govern the cleaning services provided by ICP Cleaning Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or receiving services, you agree to these terms.
Scope of Services
Cleaning scope is defined in the customized plan agreed before service. Services not listed in your plan may require a separate add-on or specialty provider.
Access & Property
You agree to provide safe access to the property and to disclose conditions that affect cleaning, including pets, hazards, or special instructions. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled in advance. Please provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations may affect scheduling priority.
Payments
Payment terms, including methods and timing, are confirmed with your estimate and service agreement.
Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If a cleaning does not meet the agreed standard, contact us promptly so we can address it. This commitment does not cover issues outside the agreed scope or conditions beyond routine cleaning.
